How to Order:

1. Personalisation: Before you checkout, please include a note with the family name you would like to have engraved. If you'd like to include a year (e.g., "2024"), please specify that in the note as well.

2. Photo Submission: Please send us a photo of yourself, your family, or the individual you want featured on the ornament. This will help us create a design that closely matches the faces on the ornament. Sales@auslanonpine.com.au or through social media.

3. Video Submission: You can send your Auslan video to us via email or through social media.

4. Alternate Option: If you prefer, you can choose to have the ornament made without an Auslan video, featuring only the family portrait. All you have to do is send us photo and mention it in the note at checkout.

How to do l a Message or Video for my Ornament:

1. Make a Video: Use your phone or camera to create a video that captures your message or moment.
2.  Upload Your File - must use sharing link. Private link won’t work.
3. Share the Link with Us
   Once your file is uploaded and shareable, simply copy the link and provide it to us. You can email sales@auslanonpine.com.au or message us via Instagram or Facebook.

Here few options where you could upload your videos to and grab a link.

Dropbox:
- Upload your file to Dropbox.
- Right-click the file and select "Share."
- Set the link to be "Anyone with the link can view."

YouTube:
- Upload your video to YouTube.
- Set the visibility to "Unlisted" (so only people with the link can view it).

Vimeo:
- Upload your video to Vimeo.
- Go to "Privacy" settings and select "Anyone" can watch.
